She witnessed how language, cost, and cultural differences can limit access to healing modalities. Staci hosts a free monthly Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra gathering to increase accessibility and create inclusive spaces for restoration. Her sessions are trauma-informed, grounded, and welcoming to both beginners and experienced practitioners. She is preparing to embark on formal research exploring the impact of sound frequency on nervous system regulation and overall well-being, with particular interest in applications for families and early childhood communities. Her work bridges contemplative practice with emerging scientific inquiry, guided by ethics and accessibility. Through sound and stillness, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their innate capacity for balance and connection.
