Allow your hands to gently rest over your heart or in your lap.
If you feel safe to do so,
Softly close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a slow,
Steady inhale.
Through your nose.

Let your breath settle back into its own natural rhythm.
Nothing to force.

Today,
We tune into the frequency of love.
Not just romantic love.
Not just love that is given.
The love in all forms.
The love that holds you together.
The love that has carried you through difficult seasons.
The love that exists quietly in the background of your life.
Bring your awareness to the center of your chest.
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing there.
With every inhale,
That light gently expands.
With every exhale,
It softens and warms.
This light represents your heart's frequency.
It has always been there.
Even in moments when you may have forgotten.
Even in moments when it felt dim.
Love is not something you earn.
It is something you are.
Take a moment to silently say to yourself,
I am worthy of love.
I am allowed to receive love.
I am love.
Notice what arises in your body as you say those words.
No judgment.
Just awareness.
Now,
Imagine that warm light in your heart expanding beyond your body.
It moves into the room around you.
It touches the walls,
The floor,
The ceiling.
It moves outward to the people you care about.
Friends,
Family,
Community,
Those near and far.
It moves even further to strangers,
To the collective.
To earth itself.
Love in its pure form asks for nothing in return.
It simply radiates.
And you are part of that field.
If there is a part of you that has felt lonely,
Unseen,
Or unchosen,
Bring that part into the light now.
Wrap it in the warmth.
Wrap it in compassion.
You do not need to be different to be loved.
You do not need to prove anything to be worthy.
On this Valentine's Day,
May you remember love is not scarce.
Love is not limited.
Love is not reserved for a select few.
Love is an energy,
A frequency,
A steady current that runs through all living things,
And you are always tuned into it.
One more slow inhale and feel the heart space expand.
Gently wiggle your fingers or wiggle your toes.
Slowly integrating back into the space and back into your body.
Carry this frequency with you today in the way you speak to yourself,
In the way you move through the world,
In the way you allow yourself to receive.
You and the frequency of love lives within you.
