Sit now,
Welcome to this meditation.
Take a few moments to find a comfortable seated position.
Feel free to sit on the ground,
A meditation cushion,
A chair,
The sofa.
It does not matter,
Finding a nice comfortable position.
And now that you're comfortable,
I invite you to softly close your eyes,
Placing your hands,
Palms face down on your thighs.
And now bring your awareness to your breath,
Your natural,
Spontaneous breath.
You're a witness,
Looking inwards,
Watching,
Feeling,
Sensing the ebb and flow of your natural breath.
And now,
Without too much thought,
Try to lengthen your exhale to your inhale.
A longer exhale to inhale if you can.
And feel free to vocalize with each breath,
Perhaps sighing as you exhale,
Or humming into the heart center with each exhale.
I now invite you to surrender all of your efforts and visualize a column of ruby red light traveling from the root of your spine to the heavens above.
A column of ruby red light.
Sense its presence,
Its grace,
Its sense of security,
Visualizing a ruby red column of love and light traveling from the root of your spine to the heavens above.
And now another column of light appears behind your body.
This column of love and light is warm,
Glowing,
Traveling from the earth to the heavens above.
A column of golden love and light behind your body.
And another column of golden luminous light appears on the right hand side of your body.
Sense its warmth,
Its grace,
Its presence.
And now another column of golden love and light appears on the left hand side of your body,
Traveling from the earth to the heavens above.
And now another column of love and light appears in front of your body.
You're surrounded by four columns of golden healing love and light with a column of ruby red light traveling from the earth to the heavens above.
Your body feels held,
It feels safe.
With each and every breath,
Allow your body to soften,
Allowing your body to relax.
You're surrounded by love,
Light,
Grace.
You're in a protective bubble.
Sense the grace,
The love,
The light.
Wrap your whole body in golden luminous light with a ruby red column in the center.
And now as you allow the light to fade into the ether,
Keeping your eyes closed if you can,
And just feel,
Sense,
Listen,
And be.
And now returning your awareness to your breath's natural rhythm and flow.
All that matters is your breath.
Your breath is soothing,
Loving,
Helping you feel held,
Supported.
And now as the light around you begins to fade,
Bring your awareness back into your body,
Back into the room you're in.
And taking a moment to slowly and softly bring your hands to a prayer posture and taking a bow,
Sat Nam.
