Welcome to this micro breath meditation.

Closing your eyes if you can,

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Your natural spontaneous breath.

All that matters is your breath,

Whenever your mind wanders off,

Simply come back to the breath.

And now without too much thought,

Try to lengthen your exhale to your inhale,

Your awareness on your breath,

The only thing that matters is your breath.

Now surrendering any effort,

Allowing yourself to just be,

Tuning in to your mind,

Your body,

Your breath,

And when you feel ready,

Gently and softly open your eyes,
