This breath-led practice pairs slow, conscious breathing with the affirmation: I am love. I am light. I am free. I am Me. Each phrase is gently woven into the rhythm of the breath — inhale creating space, exhale softening tension. A lengthened exhale supports parasympathetic regulation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to become clearer. Through steady repetition, the practice encourages heart–mind coherence, cultivating a quiet sense of inner peace and subtle oneness. Not forced positivity, but a grounded return to presence, identity, and calm connection, one conscious breath at a time. Oceans of Love & Light Scott

Sat Nam,

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Take a few moments to make sure you're really comfortable.

And now that you're comfortable,

Softly closing your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath,

Your natural spontaneous breath.

Your witness looking inwards,

Watching,

Feeling,

Sensing the ebb and flow of your natural breath.

And now,

Without too much thought,

Try to lengthen your exhale to your inhale.

A longer exhale to inhale.

All that matters is your breath.

Continuing to breathe,

A longer exhale to inhale if you can.

I now invite you to repeat the following with each and every exhale.

I am love.

I am light.

I am free.

I am me.

I am love.

I am light.

I am free.

I am me.

If you lose your way,

Simply return your awareness back to your breath.

I'll be back in just a few minutes.

Now relaxing all of your efforts completely,

Keeping your eyes closed if you can,

And let's just spend 60 seconds in this space full of infinite possibilities.

And when you feel ready,

Bring the palms of your hands together,

Rubbing your hands to build some friction,

Some heat,

And then place your hands in front of your face and really slowly begin to open your eyes,

Taking time to readjust to the light.

And now sinking your hands in a prayer posture,

Sat Naam.

Your meditation is now complete.
