Taking time out for yourself is so important.
So right now I'd like you to find some time for yourself,
Just for you,
And to sit back and enjoy the peace that you will find within the very essence of your being as you relax into this guided visualization,
Relaxation,
Meditation that is for you to help you relax,
Unwind and just spend time in the now being yourself.
Make yourself comfortable and relax.
Close your eyes and find yourself in a place that is special to you,
Somewhere that is peaceful and quiet,
Where you can truly be yourself.
You might be by the beach,
You might have the beach to yourself.
You may be high up on a mountaintop.
You may be in the midst of a forest.
Wherever you are,
It's special to you.
Take time now to look around you.
What do you see there?
What can you hear?
What do you feel?
Can you feel the soft breeze on your skin?
The warmth of the sun's rays?
As it embraces you,
Gently relaxing your skin.
Can you see water nearby?
Can you see the sun glinting on the water?
Can you feel the calming energy that is generating into the very sense of your being?
How does that feel?
I'd also like you to feel that there are roots growing out beneath your feet through the earth's surface,
Through the rock right down to the core of the earth,
And wrapping around a crystal of your choice,
The very centre of the earth.
The energy that's generated is now working its way up from that crystal through your feet.
Through your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Up to the very centre of your body.
It's working its way through your core,
Through your chest,
Down through your arms,
To the tips of your fingers.
It's coming up your neck,
Through your head,
Up through your crown chakra,
And then it's dissipating all the way down through your body.
It's mixing its energy with the rays of the sun and the warmth of the air,
And you're cocooned into a really beautiful blanket of healing,
Soothing,
Relaxing energy.
I'd like you to stay here now and just relax,
Enjoy being present in the moment,
Listening out for and observing any messages that may be coming your way.
The messages of support and encouragement for all that you are doing and all that you have done so far.
This time alone to simply be is vital to your overall well-being,
So please now just spend this time alone,
Listening and floating amongst the energy of the music as it blows and ripples over your very being,
And I will return shortly.
You'll know I'm back because you'll hear me gently waking you from this beautiful,

Take time now to slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes and start to bring your body back to life.
You've had this amazing time that you have gifted yourself to just be,
To relax,
To restore,
To reset,
To spend time with yourself,
But receiving those messages whilst cocooned in this beautiful energy that has come up from the earth's core and come down from the sun above.
Wrapping you up in wellness,
Calm energy support.
So now it's time to re-emerge into the present moment,
Bringing life back into your body as you re-enter it,
You waken it up,
You start to open your eyes and bring yourself back into the room.
Take time to come round,
Get yourself a drink and just enjoy that overall relaxation that you felt having gifted yourself this time,
Which is so invaluable in today's crazy mad world.
