Hi everyone,

Happy 2023.

I wanted to start the year out with tapping to tune in with yourself.

I know that a lot of people have resolutions and the new year new me kind of thing.

I am very much about new year old me just showing up for myself.

So when you think of you know that new me or the you that you want to step into,

The me that I want to be,

I want you to accept who you are now.

Because who you are now has gotten you this far.

So tune into I'm gonna stick with the me that I want to be,

The me that I want to step into.

We are going to do some tapping where you will repeat after me and then at one point later in the session I will have you just visualize you know the you that you want to step into.

I'll have you visualize what that person looks like and what they do,

What are their habits,

What would the mindset be of the me I want to be.

So we'll start with the side of the hand,

The karate chop point,

And just repeat after me out loud or in your mind.

Even though I am not sure where to start,

I accept this.

Even though sometimes I am not sure who I am anymore,

I am open to working through this.

Even though I am not the me I want to be yet,

I am open to taking the steps to get to be the me I want to be.

Eyebrow point,

What brings me joy?

Side of the eye,

What upsets me?

Under the eye,

What do I want more of in my life?

Under the nose,

What do I want less of in my life?

Under the lip,

What makes me happy?

Why don't I do more of that?

Under the arm,

What can I let go of?

Top of the head,

Is there something I have been trying to make happen that I can release now?

Eyebrow point,

Is there something that I have been trying to make happen that I have only been meeting resistance with?

Side of the eye,

Can I trust that when I release the resistance that this or something better will come to me?

Under the eye,

How open am I to change?

Under the nose,

What am I resisting right now?

Under the lip,

What am I afraid I'll miss out on if I let this resistance go?

Who do I want to step into?

From this point going forward,

I'm just going to have you visualize and think about the me I want to be.

So tapping under the arm,

What does the me that I want to be look like?

Top of the head,

What does the me that I really feel that I am act like?

Eyebrow point,

How does that me carry themselves?

Side of the eye,

Can I put myself in the mindset of the me that I know I truly am?

Under the eye,

What am I doing to fully embody the me that I know I truly am?

Under the nose,

What am I not doing that I could be doing?

Under the lip,

Can I let go of feeling like I should be doing something?

Can I be open to the mindset of what I could do instead?

Under the arm,

Why am I not doing the things that I know I could be doing?

Top of the head,

Can I try one new thing that the me I want to embody does or would do?

Eyebrow point and just repeat after me,

I think I can.

Side of the eye,

I know I can.

Under the eye,

I can make small changes.

Under the nose,

I can make one small change.

Under the lip,

I can at least give it a try.

Collarbone,

I can try this small change for one week.

Under the arm,

If it does not work,

If it does not work,

I can try something else.

Top of the head,

I can show up for the me that I want to embody.

Eyebrow point,

I am open to embodying the me that I want to be.

Side of the eye,

I don't have to make a bunch of changes all at once.

Under the eye,

I can celebrate my small steps and changes.

Under the nose,

I can celebrate my small wins.

Under the lip,

Because they equal the big wins.

Collarbone,

I can enjoy this journey that I am on.

Under the arm,

I believe in myself,

Even if it's just a little bit.

Top of the head,

I honor myself in my past.

I honor myself in my present.

And I honor the me that I am stepping into.

And I'll have you stop tapping.

Just take a deep breath.

Shake it out.

Shake your hands out.

Shake your body out.

Get that energy moving.

And it may take time.

It may take a little bit of figuring out,

You know,

If you're looking to make changes.

What are the steps that you have to take?

What are the changes that you have to make to embody the you that you feel you truly are?

Sometimes it can be scary.

And it can be hard to really step into your own power and step into the person that you feel you truly are.

But once you step into that,

You learn your power.

You learn your essence.

And that is what I'm here for.

I really want to help you.

I want to help you feel like you're in control.

I really want to help empower you.

So if you're stuck at all trying to figure out,

You know,

Maybe you're going in another direction with life or work or whatever,

Let's tap together.

Reach out.

Send me a message.

I would love to do some one-on-one sessions to help you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I would love to hear from you.

And I
