Welcome to another episode of Empowered with Crystal E,

A podcast featuring guided tapping sessions,

Guided meditations,

And interviews with folks from the energy and alternative healing fields,

Along with some of my mindful friends.

By tapping along with this podcast,

You take full responsibility of your own health and well-being.

EFT tapping does not claim to cure,

Treat,

Or heal any disease or illness.

Always consult a medical professional before starting any new program.

By tapping along with this podcast,

You take full responsibility of your own health and well-being.

Let's get to it.

Hi everybody.

Today I want to tap into success.

I know sometimes you would think like,

Oh I don't want to toot my own horn or I don't want to get too cocky or whatever.

I think that yes,

It is good to stay humble and staying in tune with being your own biggest supporter,

Which I think we should all be.

I think that we should tap into our success a little bit more.

I was thinking today,

Driving around,

Just like what have I accomplished?

You know,

As you get older you start to say,

Oh my gosh I'm running out of time or it's too late to do this,

That,

And the other.

You are on the right path that you are supposed to be on.

You are exactly where you are meant to be and if you don't believe that,

That's fine.

But I'm a firm believer in enjoying the journey and thinking about the things that I've done and the places that I've been.

And I am starting to really be proud of my accomplishments and I really want you to be proud of yourself too.

I don't care if you think they are teeny tiny accomplishments or you have run a fortune 500 company.

I want you to celebrate them all as if they were the biggest accomplishment you have ever seen anyone achieve.

Just really,

Really celebrate.

So tap along with me and if the words that I'm saying resonate with you,

Then feel free to say them out loud,

Repeat them in your head.

Otherwise just tap along and celebrate yourself.

So we'll start with the side of the hand.

I am open to celebrating myself today.

I am open to celebrating my accomplishments.

I may not realize that where I am right now may be someone else's dream life.

I may not realize that I am an inspiration to someone.

Eyebrow point.

I may not realize that I am an inspiration to someone else.

Side of the eye.

I may not realize it,

But I am exactly where I'm meant to be.

Under the eye.

When I celebrate myself and express gratitude.

Under the nose.

It brings forth amazing blessings.

Just tapping under the lip and if what I say resonates,

Great.

If not,

Just keep tapping.

So let's discover and celebrate our accomplishments.

Tapping on the chin.

I got up today.

I got out of bed.

Collarbone.

I took care of myself today in some way.

Under the arm.

If I am a parent,

If I am a parent,

I showed love to my children today.

And if you didn't,

Then do it later.

Top of that,

If I'm at work,

I showed up for work.

Eyebrow point.

I have a job that I can go to.

Side of the eye.

Maybe I have the luxury of working from home.

Under the eye.

I am able to take care of myself in some way.

Under the nose.

I have some sort of roof over my head.

Under the lip.

If you are a parent,

I am raising children.

Collarbone.

Or maybe you have already raised children.

That's a success in its own.

Under the arm.

I graduated high school.

Top of the head.

I got my GED.

Eyebrow point.

I graduated college.

Side of the eye.

I am licensed to do something.

Under the eye.

I am able to support myself in different ways.

Under the nose.

I am able to listen to this podcast.

Under the lip.

I am able to listen to music.

Collarbone.

I am able to see the world,

Whether it's my own backyard or a whole other country.

Under the arm.

I am capable of dreaming.

Top of the head.

I am able to create.

Eyebrow point.

I am able to breathe fresh air.

Side of the eye.

I am able to daydream.

Under the eye.

I am able to love.

Under the nose.

I am capable of receiving love.

Under the lip.

I am open to receiving love.

Collarbone.

I am a good person.

Under the arm.

I am a kind person.

Top of the head.

I am able to say no.

Eyebrow point.

I am able to authentically say yes.

Side of the eye.

I am able to be my authentic self.

Under the eye.

I am able to feel all the feelings that I have as a human being.

Under the nose.

I am able to learn from my mistakes.

Under the lip.

I have done things in my life that have made me happy.

Collarbone.

I have accomplished at least one small goal.

Under the arm.

I can be proud of myself for who I am.

Top of the head.

There is something good about me and I am open to celebrating that good thing.

Now I want you to close your eyes if you can and to visualize your favorite accomplishment.

Think about something that you accomplished in the past.

Maybe it was your graduation.

Maybe it was when you had your child.

When you got married.

When you bought a house.

It can even be when you walked away from something that was very hard to walk away from.

But when you did,

You realized how much better you are from letting go of that.

Whatever it was,

Just think about it.

Breathing gently at your own pace.

When did you achieve this?

Really think about the day that this accomplishment was achieved.

I want you to put yourself back into that room or that place where it happened and we're going to tap one more time.

Starting on the side of the hand,

What do you hear when you put yourself back into that place of accomplishment?

Tapping on the eyebrow point.

What do you see when you visualize yourself back in that place of accomplishment?

Do you smell anything?

Any scent that brings you back to that place of accomplishment?

How do you feel thinking about that accomplishment?

That moment?

With the eye,

What are you thinking in that moment of accomplishment?

How does your body feel tapping under the nose?

Do you feel excited?

Do you feel warm?

Do you feel comfortable?

Do you feel relief under the lip?

Can you be proud of yourself now for that accomplishment?

Collarbone.

Can you honor the fact that you are amazing and you succeeded?

Under the arm.

Can you honor the fact that you did that?

Top of the head.

Top of the head.

Can you move forward celebrating the small wins that come up like they are that big win?

Can you understand that you are more capable than you think you are?

You can open your eyes slowly when you're ready and stop tapping.

Remember that where you go in your mind,

You energetically bring your body also.

If you are focused on the past times that have stretched you out,

Caused you trauma,

Then your body will stay in that stress mode whenever you think about it.

Your body doesn't know that there is not a tiger chasing you.

Your body still thinks there is.

Keep in mind the past no longer exists.

We only have the now.

So why live in the muck of the past?

You have learned from it.

Trust that you have learned from it.

Move on and move forward with ease and grace and stay in the feeling,

The vibe,

The mindset of gratitude as much as you can.

You may go back to that old place and things may remind you of that,

But you can always come back to the gratitude that you have for what you've accomplished and who you are now.

Stay in that whenever you can.

Feel your feelings,

Think your thoughts,

And allow yourself to move out of that trauma,

That stress.

Have fun.

Life is meant to be fun.

Thank you for joining me for today's episode.
