This short and effective guided practice combines gentle breathing and soft body awareness to help settle a busy mind, release tension, and bring you back to centre. You’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, and soften self-pressure , especially helpful when thoughts feel fast, tangled, or intense, or when work anxiety leaves you feeling scattered or on edge. Supported by Music of Wisdom 8Hz Alpha Waves, this track is designed to quiet racing thoughts, reduce overstimulation, and restore emotional balance. Perfect for moments when everything feels “too much,” including busy workdays, deadlines, or transitions when you need a quick reset to carry on. When to listen: Morning — begin steady + grounded Mid-day — release stress + return with clarity After a long day at work - To calm for the evening Take this time for you, you deserve a gentle pause.
