Thank you for being here.

My name's Sandhya and this short track is to support any struggles you may have with fear of failure or the pressure to get things perfect.

It's for moments when starting feels hard and when the thought of doing it wrong stops you from doing it at all.

Become aware of your body and take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale,

See if you can allow the shoulders to drop a little.

Breathing in and breathing out.

No,

You don't have to do it all.

You only need to begin.

Place your hand over your heart center at the center of the chest and allow this touch to be a small anchor into this moment.

Feel the warmth and steadiness.

Feeling the warmth of your hand.

Take another deep breath in and imagine a gentle light of courage awakening within you.

Exhaling,

Releasing.

Take another few deep breaths in and out and imagine a gentle light of courage awakening inside you.

It doesn't matter how bright this is.

It is there.

And allow the breath to melt away any tension.

Any judgments you place on yourself,

Let them go even if just for today.

No,

You can begin softly and you can begin now.

One step is all it takes and I believe in you.

Take another deep breath in and if you have the eyes closed,

Opening the eyes and I invite you to take one step in the right direction.

Can you start small?

I believe in you.
