Welcome,
My name is Sander and today we're gonna do a meditation on intuitive leadership.
Focus on your business or your career.
So I'll invite you to close your eyes and sit comfortable or lie down if you want to do that.
And then let's start by taking a breath.
So let's inhale and exhale and then try to ground your body.
So you can feel your body getting lighter and lighter.
So keep letting go,
Keep relaxing.
So try to relax.
Just let it fall,
Let your shoulder fall.
Take a sigh and relax in your arms,
Your fingers,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your legs,
Knees,
Feet,
Your arms,
Your fingers.
Then let go of your thoughts.
And how do you do that?
Focus on your breath.
Every time your mind wanders,
You're just coming back to your breath.
Just come back to your breath.
So now that you're fully relaxed,
Your body is a state of calm,
You have opened up your intention of going deeper into your intuitive leadership.
So you are able to go from head to heart.
So let's open up our heart.
So imagine that a door is opening and you're opening up your heart.
You start to attract what's meant to be for you.
Remember to breathe.
Just keep expanding your heart awareness.
Keep your focus on your heart.
So once again let's take a breath and hold it and exhale.
So we want to step even deeper and further into you,
Into your intuition and the intuitive leadership.
And that's where you're going from head to heart.
So you can practice every day,
Really.
There are two sides of the intuitive leaderships,
Good and bad.
And the bad is where the mind takes over and tries to control you and tries to be strategic,
Tries to plan ahead.
And then there's the good side where you follow the synchronicities and the signs.
What is it that life keeps showing you?
Is there some obstacle on your career,
In your way,
In your business that keeps coming back to you?
Because the mind is what we have learned.
We need to let that go.
You need to step a hundred percent in following your intuition,
Your heart going from the mind to the heart.
What is it that life keeps showing you?
Is there some kind of obstacle which keeps on showing up in your life?
That to take your business further or your career further,
You need to solve that puzzle.
So let's take a breath with this awareness.
So let's take a breath together and inhale and hold it and exhale.
And every time you notice your thoughts drifting away,
Then come back to your heart and your breath.
So try to feel your heart and your breath at the same time.
Let's take one more breath together and inhale and let go.
Every time that you're leading from your intuition,
From the heart,
You attract what is meant to be for you.
And every time the mind takes over,
You attract whatever you send out,
Whatever you have talked about,
Whatever you think about,
Whatever you are wishing.
Because one day you're gonna get it.
Because you attract what you are.
So can you step up being that person that you want to attract?
And what is it that you dream,
What is it that you dream about in your business?
So send it out.
The time is now.
What is it that you are dreaming about in your business or in your career?
Do you have some kind of goals?
So send them out now in a visualization.
So try to be even more concrete,
Even more specific about your goals.
And then start to experience nature around you and the signs and the synchronicities.
And then you gotta make a choice.
Is it the thing that you get shown in front of you?
Is that from your heart,
Your intuition?
Or is it your mind playing you a trick?
So I'll invite you to the next 14 days.
Just be aware of the environment around you and what people that you are running into.
Because what's meant to be,
Is meant to be for you.
And this is an exercise,
Then try to see if you can see through if it's something that your mind is playing a trick on you.
Or is it something that's really in your true essence,
Something that's really meant for you.
So good luck stepping even deeper into your intuitive leadership with this meditation.
And when you are ready you can come back.
Open up your eyes and then ground.
Just take one minute in silence where you just sit and let it,
Let it ground.
