Transform your grief into divine love. First, there will be a guided meditation - then a spiritual song from the heart. Set the intention; "I now transform my grief into divine love." You are a being of light. And by stepping further up the ladder of consciousness, the dark side of the longing/grief will become a meeting with your loved ones, in divine acceptance. Put it into your heart, to carry around with you - forever. Love.

So sit down comfortably or lie down and close your eyes.

And then find your way into a calm,

Quiet moment.

First you breathe in through your nose and then out through your mouth.

And then take a moment with yourself where you just ground completely.

Down into your body,

Down into your inner world.

And every time you experience your thoughts swim away,

Drift away,

You pull them back to your inner world.

Pull them into your heart and then just be present.

Be here now.

And let go of all there has been.

And now let you be in your own space where you completely ground yourself and you become completely present.

And every time you discover that your thoughts are drifting away,

You catch them and pull them down into your heart.

Everything is as it is.

It cannot be otherwise.

So ground yourself again,

Pull your drifting thoughts into your heart and be here now.

So your loss,

You can choose how you want to transform it.

If it's something you want to keep with you and with you and with you again and again,

Well then you're getting a pile of baggage with you that pulls you down.

So you want to let go of your loss in love and just accept the state of things.

Accepting that longing is a greater part of a universal love and intelligence that is in a perfect order.

Take the words I just told you and put it into your heart again.

Pull them into your heart and just be in acceptance.

You're okay.

It's okay.

And remember to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Be here now.

And then visualize a picture of the loss you have.

How would you like to meet again?

How would you like to transform it?

How does it look like?

How does it feel?

Feel the longing and put it into your heart.

It's okay to have a longing.

It proves that you have empathy.

That you have love for others than yourself.

That you are a being of light.

And by stepping one step further up the ladder of consciousness,

The dark side of the longing comes to feel less and less.

But it will still be a universal love you will always carry around with.

So put it into your heart and accept it.

Feel your heart.

Place your thoughts and your presence on your heart right now.

You're a nice person.

You're a good person.

And you're here to spread the love and the light that you are.

And the loss helps you to make you even stronger in the heart.

So feel your heart.

Feel your heart.

How is it filled with love for the missing part?

And by feeling the missing part and by accepting the missing part and by loving the missing part,

The one you miss misses your love.

So you'll meet in divine love.

And now I will put on a song I have written.

It's about transforming your longing,

Your missing part.

So be here now.

And I saw you by the ocean.

Playing in the wild.

Then I heard you back in my mind.

Still,

How can we ever be apart?

And all I got is your love in my heart.

Flying like a bird.

I'm stuck here now in my world.

So do you find my way?

How can we ever be apart?

And all I got is your love in my heart.

Still,

I keep your light.

I didn't want it to end,

No.

But I'm alright.

Still,

I hold it tight.

I didn't want it to end,

No.

But I'm alright.

And how can we ever be apart?

And all I got is your love in my heart.

And how can we ever be apart?

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

You're still all I find.

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah,

Yeah.

You're still all I find.

And how can we ever be apart?

And all I got is your love in my heart.

And how can we ever be apart?

And all I got is your love in my heart.
