Welcome to this meditation designed to help foster a mindset of success without attachment,

Blending mindfulness with non-attachment.

Find a comfortable seated position with your spine tall but relaxed,

Your shoulders soft and your hands resting on your lap.

Gently close your eyes and take a moment to settle into stillness.

Allow your body to relax and your breath to flow naturally.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.

Let the rhythm of your breath be a reminder of the ebb and flow of life,

Nothing remains constant and that is perfectly okay.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold for a moment and release.

With each exhale,

Allow any tension in your body to melt away.

Start by softening your forehead,

Your jaw,

Your neck and shoulders.

Let go of any tightness in your arms,

Hands and fingers.

Feel your torso relax,

Softening your stomach,

Lower back and hips.

Let this wave of relaxation travel down your legs to your feet and toes.

Now bring your awareness to the idea of success.

Picture a goal you are currently working towards or a vision of success that resonates with you.

Visualize yourself achieving this goal.

See the steps you are taking,

The progress you've made.

Allow yourself to feel the excitement and pride that comes with moving towards success.

As you hold this image,

Notice any emotions that arise.

Do you feel joy,

Excitement or maybe some tension?

Whatever is present,

Just observe it with a gentle,

Non-judgmental awareness.

Now,

Imagine this vision of success,

Though important,

Is not the source of your happiness or fulfillment.

It's part of your journey,

But not your identity.

With each breath,

Silently repeat these affirmations.

I strive for success,

But I am not attached to the outcome.

I am worthy whether I achieve this or not.

I trust the process and release the need for control.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Feel the weight of attachment lifting from your mind and heart.

Know that true success lies not in the result,

But in your growth,

Your effort and your ability to remain at peace regardless of the outcome.

Take a moment to appreciate your journey,

The steps you've already taken and the progress you've already made,

No matter how big or small.

Bring your focus back to the present moment,

Letting go of the future.

Feel your body grounded in the here and now.

Notice the sensations in your hands and feet,

The feeling of your breath.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing with you the sense of calm,

Clarity and non-attachment.

Remember,

Success is a part of your journey,

But not its destination.
