In this meditation, you will discover how your breath and the sensations of breathing felt in the body can become an 'anchor' for your attention. We can then train our minds to come back to the object of the breath when our minds start wandering. In this sense, this practice can be described as 'attention training'. You will also discover the soothing qualities of the breath and the openness you may feel when you get out of your own way and rest simply on the flow of the breath.
