Tapping Script Opening to greater wisdom.
Take a moment to settle in.
Sit comfortably.
Place your feet on the floor if possible.
Take a slow breath in and gently let it out.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Allow your jaw to relax.
Today we are exploring the idea that confidence alone is not the whole story.
There may be something even more powerful than confidence.
When you're ready,
Begin tapping on the karate chop point on the side of your hand.
Even though I often think I need to feel confidence and know exactly what I'm doing,
I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though confidence can mean I feel sure about what I know,
Maybe there is something even bigger available to me.
Even though I may not have all the answers,
Maybe I can relax into the possibility that I don't have to know everything.
Maybe I can be open to something greater.

The universal world wide web.

My mind is a powerful tool.
Eyebrow.
But it also has limits.
Side of the eye.
It's a bit like a computer.
Under the eye.
It can only access what is stored inside it.
Under the nose.
Unless it connects to something bigger.
Chin.
Just like connecting to the world wide web.
Collarbone.
Suddenly there is access to so much more information.
Under the arm.
More knowledge than my individual computer could ever hold.

Under the arm.
Simply by being open.

Allowing the download.

I don't have to have all the answers.

Maybe I can relax that pressure.

Under the eye.
Open to guidance.
Under the nose.
Open to intuition.

Chin.
I don't have to force it.
Collarbone.
I don't have to control everything.
Under the arm.
I can allow something wiser to flow through me.
Closing integration.
Take a slow breath in.
And gently let it out.
Notice your body.
Notice any sense of spaciousness or openness.
You may not have all the answers.
And maybe you don't need to.
Instead,
You can allow yourself to be open.
Curious.
Connected.
And gently repeat to yourself.
I am open to being a healing presence.
I am open to wisdom that flows through me.
I am open to guidance in each moment.
Take one more slow breath.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
