Mother Earth, your home. Your refuge. Your one and only land. There is no planet B. When we send gratitude to Mother Nature, we receive it all back. In this theta meditation, we pay homage to the land, to the country, to this earth that's sometimes not appreciated enough. You'll feel connected, grounded, and refreshed in your relationship with the land beneath you.

This is Ramey from Create Balance Method.

Thank you for joining me today for the Thank You Mother Earth Meditation.

We'll start by finding our position of rest,

Either with a supported seat or laying down.

And then we'll begin to take some deep breaths through the nose and out through the mouth,

Inhaling a couple of seconds longer than your inhales as you do begin to surrender the weight of your body onto the gravity beneath you,

As if holding on to anything is not your responsibility.

For now,

Your focus and awareness is on the breath where you inhale through nose and exhale out through the mouth.

Then we visualize a white fluffy cloud the size of a mattress and you safely getting on it as it begins to then ascend into the sky,

Going higher and higher away from your place of origin.

The higher this cloud takes you,

The more your body relaxes.

The higher it goes,

The less you hear around you,

The less commotion and people and more relaxation.

This cloud continues to go up into the sky further and further away,

Even higher than a lot of the other clouds.

Being here is tranquil,

Peaceful and so warming to the heart.

I want you to allow yourself to relax even further as you continue to ascend.

You are so relaxed here,

Your mind so still,

Your heart with so much peace and your body so relaxed.

Today,

We are going to share some appreciation and gratitude with Mother Earth,

Our one and only true home.

Mother Nature has a finite supply of resources and most people around the world don't replenish after they take from her.

Because her resources are limited,

It's important to see how we can also give back in the form of action and in the form of intention and love and appreciation.

Our energy is matter and these high frequency messages of gratitude can help support the world who's been so kind to us from our very first arrival.

Today,

We will be cultivating kindness.

We all have that within us,

This natural capacity for loving kindness,

Appreciation and gratitude.

These feelings are a natural result of a compassionate heart to ourselves and to others.

To share to the world however,

We first begin by sharing with ourselves.

I want you as you continue to relax to think of yourself maybe at the age of 4 or 5 or 6 as if you have this child standing before you.

See if this picture allows tender feelings of kindness to be generated.

Notice how your body connects with this young child.

Maybe you feel some warmth in your heart,

Some warmth in your face,

A feeling of peace or expansiveness resting with this feeling of unconditional love for a moment.

Now repeat these affirmations in your mind after me as you send love from the heart space of your adult self to the heart space of this child who is in front of you.

May I be filled with loving kindness.

May I be filled with gratitude and appreciation.

May I feel connection and calm.

May I be happy.

Once more,

May I be filled with loving kindness.

May I be filled with gratitude and appreciation.

May I be connected and calm.

May I be happy.

Now I want you to think of your country,

The country you have appreciation for,

The country that's provided you with air,

Nature,

A home,

Beautiful scenery,

The land that you live upon.

This is your extended sanctuary,

Your larger home.

What do you especially love about your country?

Now repeat these affirmations in your mind as you send love to your country,

To the land beneath you.

May you be filled with loving kindness.

May you be filled with gratitude and appreciation.

May you feel nourished and loved.

May you feel peace.

Thank you for being my home.

Once more,

May you be filled with loving kindness.

May you be filled with gratitude and appreciation.

May you feel nourished and loved.

May you have peace.

Thank you for being my home.

Now I want you to visualize the earth as a whole,

Perfectly round with green,

Blue,

Gray,

And black coloring.

The earth is the home of everyone you love.

It provides you with surplus food,

Breathable air,

Water,

Land,

Protection,

Sunshine,

And space.

There is so much you can do on this earth with the people you love.

Recently this earth has been having it a little rough.

She's been overheated and overwhelmed with waste,

With lack of space,

With energy,

And a lack of resources.

She's tired and she needs some gratitude and some appreciation for her preservation and to sustain herself for the coming years.

Sending love from your heart to the earth.

Repeat these affirmations in your mind after me.

May you be filled with loving kindness.

May you be held in gratitude and appreciation.

May you feel replenished.

May you have what you need to heal.

Thank you,

Mother Nature.

Once again,

May you be filled with loving kindness.

Now,

If there's anyone or any place,

Maybe your immediate home,

That you feel could use some gratitude and love,

I want you to see yourself sending that love from your heart space to that person or place now.

You see,

We are all connected.

When our earth is hurting,

This hurt also affects us energetically.

So by healing the world around you,

You are,

As a result,

Also healing yourself.

I want you now to connect back with your body,

Start to tune in to the sensations that may be present.

Start to inhale deep inhales through the nose and out through the mouth,

Expanding lungs,

Replacing stale air with fresh oxygen.

And then slowly start to wiggle your fingers and open your eyes when you are ready.
