Hello and welcome to Rebalance with Bianca.
Some days we can feel drained,
Exhausted and stuck,
Where we experience emotions of anxiety,
Stress or sadness.
I have made this meditation short but powerful so that if you are feeling overwhelmed you can fit it in before or after work.
If you need a fresh perspective it will help you release,
Clear and balance your energy so that you feel more clear,
Vibrant and refreshed.
So let's begin by taking a deep and powerful breath in,
Fill your lungs and hold it.
As you hold that breath bring your focus into the present moment and imagine connecting with your body.
As you exhale imagine releasing and letting go of all the energy of what's bothering you.
Now close your eyes and allow your body to get comfortable.
Taking a few breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine a bright pulsating light surrounding your body,
Representing your aura.
Sense or feel any stagnant,
Stuck or negative energy attached to it.
Trust and go with what comes to mind.
Imagining fresh,
Cleansing energy entering your body and as you exhale see,
Sense or feel the stagnant,
Stuck and negative energy being released,
Getting smaller.
And now imagine your aura around your body,
Allowing a colour to come to mind.
Let this colour be clear,
Strong and bright,
Allowing it to charge and energise your aura,
Making it stronger and stronger.
Imagine your aura being filled with love and positivity.
Remembering that energy follows intention and as you intend for your aura to be stronger,
So it is.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes,
Feeling clearer,
More balanced and refreshed.
