This is a guided meditation practice for persistent or chronic pain, it has been developed to support individuals to gently bring attention to the body signals or sensation of pain or the parts of the body that may bring pain. Throughout the practice are invitations to allow whatever is present to be there, acknowledge the existence of both pain and calm within the current experience. Awareness of breath is used to support a connection and grounding in the present moment.
