Let yourself settle into your space,

Taking this moment to allow all distractions,

Worries,

And concerns to fall away and let yourself focus on your breath.

Being in this moment,

Not thinking of anything future or past,

But letting yourself drift and sway as your consciousness moves and flows with your breath.

Focusing on coming to center and bringing your attention to the very center of your being,

Centered in the middle of your chest.

Let your attention drift to that spot,

And when you start to feel distracted,

Just gently bring your mind back to that warm loving center of your being.

Letting your breath be smooth,

Deep,

And focused.

All we're trying to do,

All we need to do,

Is keep bringing our focus back to the center.

And when other thoughts come and distract us,

We just brush them away and keep our focus on our own loving center.

It's so easy to feel like we're blown to and fro,

Like the world wants to distract us,

But maintaining that perfect focus lets all the rest of the world go.

If you feel yourself getting blown off course,

Return to that center,

Return to that idea of focusing on your core and letting everything else be silent.

There's nothing you need to do in this moment,

Nowhere else you need to go.

And when your thoughts and focuses try to fly off,

Just bring them back to where you were.

It's okay to get distracted,

As long as you can bring yourself back to the task at hand of focusing on your own radiant core and loving center.

Keep breathing.

If your mind goes off a traveling,

That's okay.

That warm center,

That loving core is still there.

And in time,

You can always come back to it.

Even when you feel distracted or windblown or like you can't even find your own center,

It's okay,

It's okay.

It's there,

Warm,

Gentle,

And it will eventually come back to stillness when you let your mind reset and refocus.

And always focusing on the breath and letting any distractions be momentary as you find that clear center of yourself and breathe.

Take one more deep breath and then let yourself open your eyes and rejoin the waking world.
