Explore MeditationPaige’s path into meditation began through her own search for relief from years of stress, health challenges, and the relentless demands of achievement. What started as an experiment with yoga and breathwork quickly became a lifeline — a way to quiet the mind, release the body, and reconnect with her inner self. Over the years, Paige has immersed herself in trauma-informed healing, feminine embodiment, and somatic release practices. She holds multiple yoga teacher certifications, has facilitated more than 30 transformational retreats, and now co-leads a global coaching practice alongside her husband where they specialize in healing childhood trauma and masculine/feminine energetics in marriage. Her teaching style blends guided meditation, breathwork, yoga, and parts-work principles to create a grounded, safe, and restorative experience. Drawing from her own journey through illness, loss of identity, perfectionism, and chronic stress, Paige offers others a pathway back to wholeness — one rooted in nervous system regulation, compassion, and deep inner listening. Today, Paige continues to guide women in discovering the healing wisdom of the body and the peace that comes when mind, heart, and breath move in harmony.
