This 22-minute Yoga Nidra offers a steady refuge when the mind feels overtaken by rumination, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm. Through generous, unhurried settling and a grounding rotation of consciousness, you are invited to reconnect with the stability of the earth and the felt presence of your body. Using gentle, invitational guidance, this practice supports the nervous system in moving out of hyperarousal and returning toward balance and safety. You may choose to repeat the sankalpa: “I am safe and steady. I receive support and rest.” Especially supportive if relaxation feels difficult, this session closes with a simple breath of gratitude, helping you reconnect with steadiness, support, and inner ground.
