With no pressure to fall asleep, simply following the guidance will bring you deep relaxation and rejuvenation. As you drift off, you’ll be enveloped in a protective circle, allowing you to rest undisturbed throughout the night. Without the integration phase that traditionally ends a Yoga Nidra, this practice is designed to carry you softly into sleep, guiding you into spacious awareness and effortless slumber. This meditation is guided by a gentle, slow-paced female voice with an international, neutral English accent.
