With simple breath awareness, rotation of consciousness, and somatic cues, this practice helps reduce external input that can drain your energy and restores a sense of grounding and gentle invigoration. Designed as a middle-of-the-day pause, it is intentionally brief enough to refresh your system without going so deep into slow brainwaves that it’s hard to re-engage with the day. You may lie down or sit up with support, and there is no way to do this practice ‘wrong’—simply following along softens your nervous system and nurtures your natural ability to restore energy.
