Nicholas Sakellariou, PhD

Nicholas is guiding anyone who is practicing self-care to make their longing the measure of such care. He does this through a combination of techniques that apply movement, breath, repetition of sound, visualization, and meditation. He can thus help those who realize their prioritizing leads them not to find evidence of personal development by aligning their goal-setting with sense-making. His work introduces a seven-stage practice that trains an individual on how to create their own chronicle of justifying to themselves why they praise to do what they most like. Jesus Does Yoga: An Autobiography is his first non-academic work which, however, builds on his scientific background—especially his U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF Award Abstract # 1354545) awarded doctoral research that explored how an experimental method (Social Life Cycle Analysis) was conceived and put into practice. This work is published as Life Cycle Assessment of Energy Systems: Closing the Ethical Loophole of Social Sustainability (Wiley, 2018).
