What emotions did you feel?
What feelings did you experience?

Slow breath and notice that each slow breath takes you to a deep sense of relaxation and creates a new beautiful pink cherry blossom bloom on this tree.
It is like magic.
Each deep breath slowly opens a new flower.
And as these blossoms magically open,
You feel shifts inside your body.
That's right.
With each deep,

Your body relaxes deeper and deeper and your immune system strengthens.
And the beautiful pink blossoms bloom in vibrant colors.
And these vibrant pink colors connect with your inner sense of calm and boost your immune system.
The beautiful pink blossoms are in vibrant colors and the flowers bloom slowly with each exhale.
And this amazing process boosts your immune system.
It is that easy for you to relax and release stress.
And the blossoms represent your own resilience,
Joy,
And happiness.
