Just allow your breath to guide you into a state of calm and ease.
Let's begin by taking a moment to just fully become present in this space.
Bringing your attention to your breath.
Feeling the air as it enters and leaves your body.
Go ahead and take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Feeling your lungs completely.
Hold for a moment and then just gently exhale through your mouth,
Releasing any stress or worries.
With each breath,
Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.
Feeling the tension melting away from your forehead.
Feeling your eyes softening.
Your jaw relaxing.
Just let this wave of relaxation flow down you through your neck,
Your shoulders.
Just noticing how your chest and abdomen rise and fall with each breath.
As you become more and more at ease.
Now bring your awareness to your back.
Feeling your support beneath you.
Just allow your spine to relax.
Letting go.
Now feel this sense of relaxation moving down through your hips.
And finally to your feet.
Now your entire body is now relaxed and at ease.
You are fully present in this moment.
Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a serene forest.
The trees are budding with new leaves.
Flowers are beginning to bloom.
And the air is filled with a fresh scent of new life.
This is a sacred space.
A place of connection and healing.
Now feel the earth beneath you,
Solid and nurturing.
And imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet.
Deep into the earth.
Grounding you.
Connecting you to the ancient wisdom of the land.
And with each breath draw in the energy of the earth.
Filling it's strength and stability.
Let's focus on kindness.
Picture a loved one standing before you.
Someone you care deeply about.
And see them smile at you.
And just feel the warmth of their presence.
Imagine them sending you a wave of kindness.
Like a gentle breeze.
Enveloping in love and light.
As you do this,
Silently repeat these phrases.
May you be happy.
May you be healthy.
May you be safe.
And may you live with ease.
Visualize their face softening.
Their harp lightening with the kindness you are sending.
Knowing that this kindness is a gift.
A way to connect deeply with others and foster a sense of community and support.
Let's turn to compassion.
Think of someone who may be struggling or facing challenges.
It could be someone you know or even a group of people.
Just visualize them in your mind's eye.
Now as you breathe in,
Imagine drawing in their pain and suffering.
And as you breathe out,
Send them warmth,
Comfort,
And healing.
And then say the following to them.
May you find strength.
May you find peace.
And may you find solace in the love that surrounds you.
Feel the compassion in your heart growing.
Expanding like the spring blossoms.
Reaching out to embrace those in need.
This compassion is a powerful force.
Nurturing both you and those around you.
Now turn your focus inward.
This is a time for self-compassion.
To honor yourself and your journey.
Take a moment to acknowledge any difficulties or challenges you may be facing.
And realize it's okay to struggle as part of being human.
Take a moment and just place your hand over your heart.
Feel its gentle rhythm.
And with that connection,
Speak these words kindly to yourself.
May I be kind to myself.
May I accept myself as I am.
May I give myself the compassion that I need.
Now imagine a soft,
Golden light surrounding you.
A symbol of your inner strength and resilience.
This light is always within you.
A source of comfort and support.
Allow yourself to bathe in this light.
