With each breath,
You notice your body begins to unwind,
Releasing the weight of the day.
Just let yourself become aware of the surface beneath you,
Supporting you fully.
Just feel how effortlessly your body relaxes into that support.
Now focus on your feet,
And imagine them becoming heavy,
Sinking deeper into relaxation.
Just allow that feeling to rise,
Gently spreading through your legs,
Into your hips,
How it reaches your chest,
Where your breath is steady and soothing.
As the relaxation continues to spread,
You can feel your shoulders soften,
Notice your arms growing heavy and at ease,
Your neck and face release any tightness,
And soon every part of you is relaxed,
Noticing your whole body is in harmony with the natural world around you.
With each slow exhale,
You drift a little deeper,
Deeper into a state where time seems to slow down,
And the quiet rhythm of your breath mirrors the changing seasons around you.
Now in your mind's eye,
Imagine you're standing at the edge of a vast,
Open space.
It's a place of quiet beauty,
Where the earth feels firm beneath your feet,
And the air around you whispers of a coming change.
And you can feel that,
Just like the moments before a gentle shift in the weather,
Subtle yet unmistakable.
As you walk forward,
You notice the air is warm,
The light is soft and golden,
And you notice there's a sense of fullness of everything at its peak,
Yet a quiet anticipation lingers,
Like the pause before something new begins.
And you walk in tune with this quiet rhythm,
As the earth beneath your feet feels both steady and alive.
Now notice the trees around you.
They stand tall and grounded,
But you can sense they are preparing for something.
The edges of their leaves are just beginning to shift,
Touched with a first hint of gold and amber,
As though they know instinctively it's time to let go.
And as you walk,
You realize that you too are on the cusp of change.
There is something within you that is ready to be released,
Something that no longer needs to be held so tightly.
Just allow yourself to notice how easy this transition is in nature,
How the trees do not struggle to hold onto their leaves.
They simply let them fall with grace,
Knowing that this release is not an ending,
But part of an ongoing cycle.
And just like the trees,
You have the power to release,
With ease and without resistance.
Now each step you take,
Imagine that whatever you no longer need,
Those old patterns,
The outdated thoughts,
Can fall away as effortlessly as the leaves in the wind.
And as you walk deeper into this space,
You notice the air cools just slightly,
Refreshing and light.
The world around you seems to shift quietly,
Without any rush.
The ground beneath you is firm,
Yet there's a gentle kip to it,
Like the earth is repairing itself just as you are.
Everything in this moment is in balance,
Perfectly timed,
Perfectly attuned.
With each breath,
Feel a sense of spaciousness opening up inside of you.
There's room now for something new,
Something aligned with the person you are becoming.
Just as the trees prepare for the next season,
You too are preparing.
Not by forcing or planning,
But simply by allowing this natural unfolding.
Now pause for a moment in your mind's journey,
Standing still in this quiet space,
And feel a deep sense of connection between you and the world around you.
Now you realize everything you need is already within you,
And just like nature,
You move through seasons of growth,
Stillness,
And renewal.
And there's no rush,
Only a gentle unfolding,
A quiet transition.
Now look up at the sky,
And you notice there's a stillness,
A clarity,
As if the world is holding its breath in anticipation of the cool,
Crisp days ahead.
And you sense that beneath the surface,

Just like the earth,

Your focus,
Readying yourself for the next chapter of your journey.
And there is no need for haste.
Everything is happening as it should,
In its own perfect time.
And as you begin to walk again,
You notice the animals around you,
Quiet,
Purposeful,
And preparing.
They know what lies ahead,
Yet there is no anxiety,
Only instinct,
Only trust.
And you too carry the same quiet wisdom inside.
With each breath,
Feel the calmness of preparation within you,
Knowing that everything you need is already in place,
Waiting to be discovered as the seasons shift.
Now as you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring your awareness back to your body,
Feeling how connected you are to the ground beneath you,
To the quiet rhythm of the changing seasons,
Both outside and within.
In this moment,
