Welcome my friend,

You're tuned in to OMHAKU,

I'm your hope,

I'm back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

To relax,

To let go,

Say okay,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of our pain and come back to faith.

It's not always easy to trust the unfolding of life,

But nevertheless,

Your body,

Your posture,

How you're set,

Can set up future as you breathe in this moment.

And every cell in the body breathing out.

Inhaling slower and softer.

Breathing out even slower,

Even softer.

Breathing into the belly.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

And exhale,

Letting go of the inner conflict,

The inner criticism.

Putting the complaining mind to the side,

Just for a moment,

As you embrace the here and the now.

Holding the breath at the top.

Taking a deep breath in.

Hold,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.

Way to stay with it my friend.

So happy you have joined me today,

Across time and space.

Sending you encouragement on your path.

Stay courageous,

Keep going.

Believe in yourself.

Coming back to trust as you take a deep breath in.

The color for today is aquamarine.

The number is 44.

And the animal is a platypus.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're set.

Aware of your awareness itself.

Despite the mistakes,

Despite setbacks and challenges.

So much to love about who we are.

We can lose sight of that,

Being overly critical.

Of other people as well.

If you notice that you're being really critical of other people lately.

Perhaps you're being really critical of yourself and vice versa.

So trying to be kind to others as a way to be kind to yourself.

Being kind to yourself as a way to be kind to others.

And with that,
