Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
To relax,
To let go.
If you've been feeling stressed out,
Fed up with life,
Anxious about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Experiencing loneliness,
Shame,
Inner criticism,
Negativity,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Feeling self-love,
Or perhaps something in between,
Whatsoever you're feeling today is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain.
You can close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner space,
As you feel the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Face,
Feeling the rhythm of your heart,
Letting go of self-hate,
Coming back into self-love,
Trusting that everything is unfolding as it should.
As you take an exhale,
Relaxing the whole body,
Becoming aware of your presence,
As you breathe in,
With a deep breath out.
Do it good,
My friend.
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture,
As you breathe in.
And breathing out with awareness.
Breathing in love for yourself,
And exhaling love for other people.
Breathing in harmonious energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner conflict.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body as it is,
Having love for the mind,
Allowing the mind to unwind,
As you take a deep breath in.
The color for today,
Are you ready for it?
The color for today is indigo,
The number is zero,
And the animal is a lion.
