Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed with life,
Anxious about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Experiencing loneliness,
Irritability,
Negativity,
Scarcity,
Anger,
Feeling misunderstood,
Experiencing jealousy,
Self-doubt,
Self-hate,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Trust,
Playfulness,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
In the unfolding of our moment-to-moment.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're soft,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Breathing in love for yourself,
Embracing yourself as you are,
Embracing the world as it is,
Taking a deep breath in,
In the belly,
Opening the heart space as you breathe in.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
The number is 55.

And also embracing times where we're not comfortable,
Recognizing that they both serve a purpose.
