To make changes,
Not by forcing it,
But by being so aware that you see the point.
To be patient,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Breathing through the nose,
All the way to the top of the head.
And hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming into the body as you breathe into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Relaxing the jaw.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
To be natural.
And for a few moments,
