Relax,
Let go of stress,
Come back to our center.
Have you been feeling overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Tired,
Bored,
Or perhaps even joyful?
Peaceful,
Playful,
Thankful.
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
In the unfolding of our moments and moments.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you sat,
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Beginning to notice how you feel,
The energy levels,
The thoughts.
Temperature of the climate inside,
Witnessing and welcoming.
Whatsoever is observed.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Letting go of the past as we breathe in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Letting go of future worries as you breathe in with awareness.
And exhale.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Letting go,
Softening,
Expanding.
Breathing in spaciousness.
And exhale,
Expanding.
I want you to visualize the space in your mind.
Experimenting.
Becoming more open as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Inhale.
Excellent.
Breathing in.
And exhale.
Breathing into your belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Softening the chest,
Softening the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
You Breath in.
The Alala.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body breathing out.
And hair.
In him.
Exhale with the side eye.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the feet as you breathe in.
And exhale with a sigh.
Feeling tension,
Leave the body.
Feeling fear,
Leave the body.

Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.

Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body as you breathe in.
Love for your body as you breathe out.
Love for the mind to see breathing.
Love for the mind as we breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale,
Letting go.
The color for today is bright yellow.
The number is 19 and the animal.
He's a jerk.

What's really precious is letting it go.
And moving on.
Treating today as the first day that we've ever lived and treating today like the last day that we ever will live.
And if it's treated in that way,
There's no sense in harboring resentments,
Holding grudges.
What's the point if today is the last day?
And today could be our last day.
We don't even know.
If today is the last day or not.
Remembering this can allow us to move through life more lightly,
Forgiving people,
Forgiving ourselves,
And really just enjoying the day.
