Welcome my friends,

You tuned in to Om Ha Ku.

I'm your host,

Back with another music meditation.

Just to soothe.

Just to relax.

Just for you if you've been feeling stressed.

Just for you if you've been feeling anxiety.

Loneliness.

Negativity.

Frustrations with work.

Feeling jealousy.

A motivation,

A lack of inspiration.

Close the eyes,

Looking deeper inside.

Witnessing and welcoming them.

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing the hands and feet.

Breathing into the whole body.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

Softening,

Letting go.

If your mind has been wanting to think.

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Holding that breath at the top.

Becoming aware as you hold the breath.

And exhale,

Let go.

Take a deep breath out.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

Remember to have faith in the unfolding of your day.

To not only have faith,

But also to appreciate the unfolding of your day.

And exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Relaxing the shoulders.

Relaxing the face.

We have to find some persistence.

But we suffer unnecessarily if we don't have patience with that process of persistence.

To patiently persist so that you can maintain your balance and your joyfulness.

Your ability to delight in this life can be greater with more patience.

Of course,

It can't be not patience.

Without any persistence,

Then you may just be sitting around all day.

So it's blending both of them together.

Bringing harmony between persistence and patience.

That patience,

Being able to trust that there are challenges,

But it's okay.

Just quietly persisting through it.

Staying creative,

Staying open to new solutions,

New ways of approaching the same challenge.

Having fun with it.
