Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to re-center.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Bored,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between,
Can relate to the same anxiety,
The same anger,
The same fear,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life,
In the unfolding of our awareness,
Our elusive awareness,
Our elusive presence,
To come back to it,
It's safe to close the eyes,
Looking deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Letting go of past mistakes,
The past is past,
It's gone,
Breathing in this feeling of warm,
Loving energy,
Spread through the body and mind,
Dissolving fear,
Dissolving the inner criticism,
The inner judgment,
Simply melting away in the face of love,
Compassion,
Awareness,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes as you look in,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
To allow your mind total freedom to think,
Holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
Natural for the mind to drift,
Drifting back into awareness,
Very gently,
Very lovingly,
Remember that it takes strength to be gentle,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
Feeling the rhythm of your heartbeat,
Listening to it like music,
And as you listen to the heartbeat,
I want you to focus on opening the heart,
Feeling your heart opening like a flower in the sun,
Feeling the fragrance of your heart opening,
The beauty that is already inside your heart,
Feeling it expanding,
Spreading through the body,
This open heartedness,
And taking a breath into the heart space,
And exhale,
Opening even more,
Feeling open,
Receptive,
Intuitive,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing your hands and feet,
Relaxing the mind,
Breathing in with awareness,
And exhale with awareness,
And breathing out,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel,
After taking some deep breaths,
Feeling your presence,
Feeling your own inner aliveness,
As you take one last deep breath for now,
The number is 77,
And the animal is a bullfrog,

Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness,
Being aware,
Being present in the moment is not always easy,
We live in a world that is almost designed to lose that sense of awareness and presence,
To become caught up in the storyline,
And the plot development,
And all the different characters that enter our story,
Very easy to lose our own sense of awareness,
Our own sense of being present,
Caught up in the future,
Having discussions with people,
And these people are not even here,
And yet we're talking to them as if the conversation is happening right now,
And like this,
We miss what's right in front of us,
The preciousness of this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's been before,
And with that,
