So every feel is okay.
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down or sit down.
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Getting to notice how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming anxiety.
Or whatsoever since that.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the legs,
The arms,
The back,
The neck.
Relaxing the body with your awareness.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all the life,
All the energy.
Past is past,
It's gone,
It's history.
The future is a mystery,
The present a gift.
Which is why we call it the present.
Breathing is this moment.
And that's enough.
