If you've been holding on tight,
Feeling constricted by life,
Feeling cornered,
Trapped,
Experiencing fear about the future,
Ashamed about a past,
Feeling angry at yourself,
Angry at other people,
Experiencing loneliness,
Disconnect,
Feeling unseen,
Unheard,
Misunderstood,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
It's not easy to always trust life,
To trust the unfolding of circumstance,
But nevertheless,
We try.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat,
Noticing where in the body feels tense,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking deeper inside,
Noticing how your energy feels,
How the mind feels,
Witnessing and welcoming it as it is,
Letting go of the past,
Dropping down from the head into the heart space,
I want you to visualize that your heart is opening,
Becoming more receptive,
Warm,
And exhale,
Softening the chest,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Breathing into the whole body,
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body,
And exhale,
Letting go of future worries,
Coming back to this moment as you breathe in,
And exhale,
Letting go of past mistakes,
Breathing in forgiveness,
Breathing in strength,
And exhale,
Letting go,
And exhale,
Softening the face,
Relaxing the palms of your hands,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,
Dropping the shoulders,
Becoming aware of your posture,
Aware of how you're sat as you breathe in,
Holding the breath at the top,
And exhale,
Letting go of all the air in the lungs,
Just be empty of breath,
Taking a deep breath in,
And holding the breath,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
And exhale,
Way to stay with you,
My friend,
I'm grateful you are joining me today,
Thankful for your presence,
Remember that your presence has a purpose,
Taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in love for yourself,
And exhale,
Love for others,
Breathing in patience,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner critic,
Taking one last deep breath for now,

Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your body,
Having love for the body as it is,
Having love for your mind,
Your emotion,
Becoming aware of your presence,
