Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed by circumstance,
Stress,
In a relationship,
Feeling insecure,
A headache,
Experiencing some loneliness,
A lack of motivation,
Restlessness,
Tiredness,
Hunger,
Depression,
Addiction,
Feeling limited,
Scarcity,
Self-hatred,
Or perhaps even self-love,
Love for others,
Love for this life,
Peace,
Harmony,
Trust,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust and the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whichever you like.
It's safe to close the eyes or leave them slightly open.
Noticing the temperature around you,
The sensation of touch,
The stillness of the ground beneath you.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world,
Embracing whatsoever's inside.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Breathing into the heart space.
And exhale,
Opening the chest,
Softening the heart.
Feeling the heart more receptive,
More loving,
More trusty,
More open to the moment moment.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Exhaling.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in kindness.
Exhale,
Letting go of the inner criticism.
Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes.
Exhale,
Letting go of the past.
Breathing in harmony.
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner conflict.
Becoming aware as you breathe in.
And exhale with awareness.
Softening the face.
Letting go of tension in the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Breathing in slow and soft.
And exhale,
Even slower,
Even softer.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Doing good,
My friend.

Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Way to stay with it,

Grateful for your presence.
I want you just to let the mind be totally free to roam and to think.
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath.
Relaxing the face.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Aware of your presence as you breathe in.
Breathing in.
