That being said,
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Angry,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
What so ever you feel my friend,
It's a-ok.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
In the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sad.
Aware of how you feel without any judgment.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner space.
Softening the shoulders.
Softening the face.
Relaxing the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the eyes as you look in.
Taking a deep breath through the nose.
And a deep breath out the nose.
Breathing through the nose.
And three exhales out the nose.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale deepening trust.
Expanding trust.
Trusting that you're protected.
Guided.
Guided.
Breathing in love.
And exhale expanding love inside.
Deepening love in the body and mind.
Feeling a warm loving energy spread through the body.
As you breathe into the belly.
And exhale relaxing the belly.
Doing good my friends.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Exhale with awareness.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale deepening compassion.
Deepening compassion inside.
Deepening compassion for yourself.
For the people in your life.
Feeling the medicine of compassion spread through the body and mind.
Dissipating anger,
Regret,
Stress.
As you come back to understanding,
Patience,
Gentleness.
Breathing up the spine.
All the way to the top of the crown.
Holding the breath there at the top.
Continuing to hold.
And exhaling down the spine.
Feeling rooted like a tree.
Grounded.
Centered.
And if your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Coming back into the body.
Coming back into your heart.
Feeling your heart open.
Feeling beauty inside the heart space.
Feeling the heart space with more beauty,
More harmony.
Softening the face.
Softening the hands and feet.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Three inhales through the nose.
Three exhales out the nose.
Three inhales.
And three long exhales.
The color for today is purple.
The number is 1111.
And the animal.
Is a boar.

But not that type of focus which strains.

As it flows down the mountain.
If you watch the water,
It dances.
And it moves.
And it goes from here to there.
But there's a rhythm that it has.
That rhythm is very helpful.
When talking about flow states.
When talking about focus.
