Just to soothe.
Just to relax.
Just to let go.
Just for you.
You've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Restless,
Tired,
Unmotivated,
Confused,
Misunderstood,
Ashamed,
Jealous,
Feeling like nobody cares,
Unheard,
Unseen,
Feeling some joyfulness,
Some peacefulness,
Somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to fit in the unfolding of our day.
And the unfolding of our life.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up straight.
Whatever you like.
Eyes looking inside.
Inhaling love for yourself.
Sending love to somebody who's been challenging you.
Visualizing them happy and joyful.
Having forgiveness for past mistakes.
Coming back to this moment as you breathe in.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale,
Letting go of inner conflict.
Embracing yourself as you are in this moment.
Relaxing the belly,
The face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Relaxing the eyes.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner world.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Letting go.
Coming back to trust.
The color for today is orange.
The number is one million.
And the animal is a ram.
