Without any judgment,
Just noticing your inner world as you breathe in faith in yourself.
Be with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale,
Letting go of stress.
Coming back into consciousness.
Aware of this moment,
Unlike any other moment that's ever been before.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing in strength.
And exhale,
Letting go of self-doubt.
Breathing in belief in yourself.
And exhale,
Believing in this life.
Opening the heart space.
Breathing in compassion into the chest.
Breathing in peace.
And exhale,
Letting go of anger,
Disappointment,
Sadness.
Letting go of negativity.
Holding the breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Aware of your presence.
And exhale,
Let go.
Breathing in through the nose.
Holding that breath as you become aware.
And exhale,
Let go.
And for a few moments,
Bringing all your attention inwards.
Witnessing and welcoming your thoughts,
Your emotions,
And any sensations.
And letting go of thoughts.
Coming back into this moment.
Breathing in with awareness.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Letting go of past mistakes.
Letting go of self-limiting storylines.
Letting go of scarcity mindset.
As you come back to the limitless nature of your self-disexistence.
New opportunities to create.
New opportunities to heal.
New opportunities to forgive,
To let go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Allowing your mind to be totally free.
Just for a few moments.
If you've been wanting to think,
Now is the time to think.
Coming back into the body.
Aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your presence.
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.

Experience some inner space amongst all the inward chatter that goes on throughout our day.
The mind loves to see where things could be better.
It loves to see threats in the future.
It loves to see things that could go wrong.
Sometimes we have to let go of the mind and just be present.
Sometimes the mind's just going to go whether we like it or not,
In which case we can witness it.
We can welcome it.
Instead of trying to push it away or silence the mind,
Just allowing it to do its thing as we watch the movement of the thoughts,
The movement of the emotions.
Watching it very gently,
Very lovingly,
Not bothering about what's going across the screen,
But simply welcoming it whatsoever is inside of us.
It's really a beautiful practice,
Sometimes easier,
Sometimes more difficult.
But with some daily practice,
We can go on getting better at observing our mood,
Our change of climate that's going on inside,
Just like the sky outside,
Always changing,
Always new.
Right now,
There's some cloud formations.
It's the first time that the sky's ever been like this.
New details are emerging the same way.
Inside of us,
Enjoying this process and enjoying it with some awareness.
