Welcome to this guided meditation for a serene night's sleep,

Embracing tranquility,

Getting into a comfortable position lying down,

Gathering your blankets and pillows,

Positioning your body to relax and let go,

Let go of the day,

Let go of the past,

Letting your intuition guide you as to what your body needs to be free and rest.

If you need to pause the recording,

Pausing the recording and coming back when you're ready,

Becoming aware of your body,

Sensations you're feeling in your body,

Noticing where you might be holding tension,

If there's a gripping around your jaw,

A heaviness or tightness around the neck and shoulders,

Is there a clenching in your chest or your belly?

Not judging yourself for whatever you find,

With an open heart as you decompress,

Creating a safe space for you to let go,

Feeling the tension,

The congestion slowly melting off your body,

Slowly,

Slowly melting away from the forefront of your mind,

Breathing here and now,

Slowly in through your nose,

Slowly out through the nose,

If it feels more comfortable to breathe out of your mouth,

Breathing as much as you can in through your nose,

Slowly out through the nose,

Whatever breath feels right for you,

Aligned for you,

To help you to relax,

To help you become more free of the burdens of the day as you set those aside,

Giving yourself the gift of deep rest,

Deep relaxation.

After your next exhalation,

Letting your breath return,

Resting comfortably in the slow inhalation and slow exhalation,

Nothing but space in your mind,

A softness around your heart,

A softness in your belly,

Each moment you're in the present,

Your body begins to align and heal as the activity of your day,

Of your inner resources,

Can finally be at rest,

More and more your body is letting go,

A sense of melting and warmth gliding down the crown of your head,

Softening the skin of your forehead,

The skin of your scalp,

The ears releasing,

The sides of the temple sliding towards the back of your skull,

Your eyes,

The muscles around your eyes are dissolving,

The nose,

The cheeks relaxing,

The mouth and your tongue softening,

Your jaw releasing,

Mind scan down the rest of your body as you go into a deeper state of peace,

Embracing serenity,

As you gently glide your awareness around the rest of your body,

In a state of acceptance and allowing,

Allowing your body to just be and rest,

As your body gets more and more relaxed,

You're less and less aware of the outer world,

Your senses withdraw,

Moving inward,

Any sensory stimulation comes from the inner world,

And as you notice that rising and falling,

Allowing the activity within,

Into the astral spiritual dimension,

As you float peacefully into the ether,

Drifting amongst the clouds,

A coolness in the air,

Sailing across the sky,

Across the stars,

A cool breeze,

A refreshing breeze,

As if you're lying upon a cloud,

The most beautiful fluffy cloud,

Enveloping you,

Supporting you,

As you float through the sky,

Into a dreamy,

Serene sleep,

Sleep well sweet souls,

As you watch in the space of your mind,

As you enter your dreams,

In your sleep,
