With 24 years as an educator, over 24 years of yoga practice, and 10 years of teaching yoga, she blends her Master’s in Education with a passion for sharing yoga in many forms—from meditation, pranayama, yin, and adaptive practices to strong power vinyasa classes that build toward peak postures like handstands and arm balances. She is the founder of Nectar Flow Yoga, a boutique studio in the Texas Hill Country, where she leads a Yoga Alliance–registered 200-Hour Teacher Training. Casie also offers Mother–Daughter Retreats that foster connection through yoga and reflection, and she trains teachers in the unique discipline of Equine Yoga, combining presence, trust, and partnership with horses. She believes yoga is for every body, and her teaching invites both grounding and growth.
