I trust.

I trust the universe and I allow my body to feel the feeling of being supported,

Protected.

I trust that all that is meant for me,

It's not going to pass by me.

I release the fighting.

I release the need to earn my place into this world.

I trust the universe and I release my worries,

My frustration,

My desperation and my urgency I allow myself to devote gentle time every day to reconnect with my inner temple,

My inner peace and to reconnect my roots to the earth.

Like a flower doesn't need permission to blossom and it doesn't need to prove or earn its place in the garden of earth.

I focus on giving myself the love that I need.

I will focus to nurture and deeply care for my body and to take care of my own needs.

When I meet my needs,

Everything else does too.

I focus on cultivating love,

Inner joy and peace.

I will focus on gently feeling my feelings and allowing time to heal every wound.

I will care for myself like a mother with its own child.

I create space,

Gentle rituals,

Slow gentle walks in nature.

I will immerse myself in lovely action to nurture me.

I will eat nice food,

Take beautiful long bath with music.

I will slow down,

Pray,

Journal and connect.

I will create the time to give devotion to my inner temple.

I trust that by loving and caring for the micro things in my world,

Such eating,

Sleeping,

Meditating,

I will also unlock what is in the macro.

The micro is the macro.

I trust that all I need is coming and every day I will choose to take inspired actions,

Trusting that they are leading me to my final destination.

The journey is what matters.

The richness and the love that vibrates inside my vessel will impact the outer world.

By trusting,

I allow my body to melt and soften so that I can open and receive,

Receive all I need.

The soul speaks a different language.

It speaks the language of frequencies.

When I embody the frequency of safety,

Love,

Peace and kindness,

They will be reflected in my outer reality.

Every time something triggers me,

I will come back to my faith,

To my trust and to my inner temple.

The connection with the universe starts inside of me.

And so it is.
