This gentle practice supports the body’s natural rhythm of elimination by encouraging relaxation in the lower belly, pelvis, and nervous system. Elimination is not something to force. When the body feels safe, supported, and unhurried, the digestive system can release naturally. This audio guides you through breath and somatic awareness to soften holding patterns, reduce strain, and support healthy digestive flow. Use this track anytime you want to encourage regularity, ease tension in the lower abdomen, or reconnect with the body’s natural timing. No movement is required. You may practice seated, reclining, or lying down comfortably. Especially supportive for those experiencing constipation, incomplete elimination, or stress-related digestive tension.

Transcript

This practice is designed to support your body's natural rhythm of elimination without force,

Pressure,

Or urgency.

You may listen while seated comfortably,

Reclining or lying down.

Choose a position that allows the lower belly and pelvis to feel relaxed and supported.

Begin by gently closing your eyes or softening your gaze and allow your attention to move inward.

Notice the contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

Feel yourself being held.

Elimination occurs easily when the body feels safe,

When there is time,

When there is permission to let go.

Bring both of your hands to your lower belly,

Just below your navel.

Take a slow inhale through your nose,

Allowing the breath to move downward.

Feel the belly gently expand beneath your hands.

Exhaling slowly,

Letting the belly soften and release.

Again,

Inhale,

Inviting space into your lower abdomen.

Exhale,

Releasing any gripping or holding.

There's nothing to push,

Nothing to strain,

Nothing to make happen.

The body knows how to eliminate when it is supported.

As you continue breathing,

Bring awareness to your pelvic bowl.

This is the area that holds the organs of elimination and release.

Imagine your pelvis as wide and open like a bowl,

Stable,

Supported,

At ease.

With each inhale,

Feel your breath gently filling this space.

With each exhale,

Imagine your muscles of your pelvic floor naturally softening and widening.

No control,

No effort.

If you notice tension,

Meet it with patience rather than correction.

Simply breathe into that area,

Allowing it to respond in its own time.

Now bring your awareness to your colon and your lower intestines.

You do not need to visualize anatomy perfectly.

Simply sense this pathway of elimination moving downward through the body.

Imagine this pathway becoming more fluid,

More spacious,

More responsive.

As you exhale,

Imagine anything the body is ready to release moving gently along without resistance.

You may silently repeat this phrase on your exhale,

I allow my body to let go.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling,

I allow my body to let go.

Again,

Inhale,

Creating space.

Exhaling,

I allow my body to let go.

If emotions or thoughts arise,

Allow them to pass through as well.

The lower belly often holds more than physical tension.

This practice supports both physical and emotional elimination.

Allow your jaw to soften.

Allow your shoulders to drop.

These signals travel through your nervous system,

Reinforcing safety and ease.

Take a few more slow breaths.

Each one supporting your natural rhythm of release.

There is no timeline to meet,

No outcome to force.

Your body's timing is wise.

It knows exactly what to do.

We just get in the way.

Take one final inhale into your lower belly and your pelvic floor.

Pause gently at the top of your breath.

And as you exhale fully,

Soften the entire body.

When you are ready,

Gently bring awareness back to your surroundings.

Opening your eyes or lifting your gaze.

Carry the sense of ease and permission with you.

You can return to this practice whenever your body needs support in letting go,

Physically or emotionally.

Elimination is a natural rhythm.

And your body knows how to find it when given space.

Stay magical and namaste.
