Lunar Eclipse Yoga Nidra Meditation | Blood Moon Mar '25
Welcome to your Lunar Eclipse Yoga Nidra practice. During a Lunar Eclipse, the Earth casts a shadow on the Moon, allowing us to face our shadow & observe emotional patterns to help reverse or shift them. For this particular eclipse, the Moon will be swallowed by Ketu, the South Node of the Moon, represented as a headless serpent body. This shadowy point in space is associated with past karma, detachment, the dissolving of illusions and the quest for liberation & spiritual enlightenment. This eclipse is total: the Earth will cast its shadow on the Moon, which will turn red in the sky. This is why it is called a Blood Moon. This practice will allow you to see where your soul longs to go, & reflect on the areas of your life where you need to detach or let go, in order to shine your inner light and activate collective healing.
