Begin by lying down or sitting comfortably,
Allow your hands to rest gently on your body,
Maybe one hand on the heart and one hand on the stomach,
Solar plexus or thymus.
Feel the warmth of your own touch.
There is nowhere to go right now,
Nothing to fix and nothing to force away,
Just arrive here.
Take one slow breath in and a longer softer breath out.
Again,
One slow breath in and a longer softer breath out.
Breathing in gently and exhaling slowly.
Allow the exhale to become a little longer and slower than the inhale,
Without pressure and without trying hard.
Just letting the nervous system receive the message,
It is safe to soften.
Now gently bring your awareness into the center of your chest,
Not the surface of the heart but deeper,
As if your awareness is resting quietly at the bottom of your heart.
Stay there,
Let your awareness become still,
Neutral and that's important.
Your awareness is anchored at the bottom of your heart in neutrality,
Total neutrality and you are just going to observe it from neutral point of view and that's very important in the present moment.
So you always come back to the body,
To the present moment,
Anchor your awareness at the bottom of your heart in neutrality and from this place begin to notice what is moving inside you,
What you hear,
What you sense,
What you smell outside of body and also inside of your body,
What's going on inside,
What's going on outside.
Maybe fear is here,
Maybe tension,
Maybe trembling,
Maybe waves of panic,
Tightness,
Nausea or emotion.
You don't need to stop any of it,
Simply notice in neutrality and quietly say within yourself,
Fear is here or panic is here or strange feeling is here or hopelessness is here or struggling is here or suffering is here or pain is here.
Just notice it and pause and when you name it,
It's important to make that distinction.
I am not it,
I am not fear,
I am not that panic,
I am not that powerlessness,
I am not that struggle,
I am not that pain.
I am not it and pause.
It is not me.
Let those words create space so you can observe it from within yourself in neutrality.
The feeling may be present but you are the awareness observing it in neutrality and from neutral point of view.
The sensation moves but awareness remains,
You are anchored in your heart so you are observing from there and awareness remains.
As feelings arise,
Softening the body.
So the more the fear,
Powerlessness,
Struggle,
Pain,
Suffering comes and goes and moves through your body,
What you want to do is relax your body,
Relax the jaw,
Relax the shoulders,
Relax the stomach.
Allow the body to unclench little by little even if fear is moving or powerlessness or suffering or tremble or struggle.
You do not have to move with it.
Stay with the breath and the way how you do the breathing,
The more you feel the terror,
Fear,
Pain,
The more you slow down.
Slow inhale and longer slow softer exhale.
So slow inhale and longer softer exhale.
Even though you feel the fear or tremble or struggling or whatever that is,
Imagine every exhale sending calm through the nervous system.
So what you do in this way,
You are neutralizing any negative limiting beliefs,
Any stored trauma or suppressed emotions.
You are releasing it,
You are neutralizing it,
But you are not forcing fear away.
You are teaching the body that it no longer has to fight for survival in this moment,
That you are here now,
Present,
Aware,
Breathing,
Observing and little by little the body learns.
A feeling can exist without becoming who I am.
In this way you can release also the feeling of scarcity,
Financial struggle.
Stay here for a few moments in silence,
Just breathing,
Just witnessing,
Just allowing.
And when you are ready,
Gently deepen the breath,
Feel the body again.
Feel the support beneath you and slowly return,
Bringing this neutrality in presence with you.
