How To Detach & Really Let Go Process

Detachment is actually healing and allowing you to have what you desire with ease. Let's state (say aloud) for yourself that what you desire. Now, watch whether you have any unpleasant physical sensations or sentiments; if so, this indicates that you are holding on to anything from the past that is keeping you in your old reality. When you feel OK, whether you have what you want or not, you are free of any attachments you may have had, and as a result, you bring that which you desire into your physical reality in no time.

Hi guys,

This video is about detachment and how detachment completely changed my life.

When you start understanding detachment process,

Then it will significantly change the way you manifest and create new reality and heart desires and how you become happy and free from inside.

It is so significant,

You become authentic and you become really the creator of your life.

Detaching and letting go process.

The first thing is to understand the programmings and programs.

Let's say if you wait for approval from your partner that you can do something or you can go somewhere,

That's the programming.

But sometimes when you are in the moment,

You don't realize it's programming,

You think it is the truth.

So it is hard to detach from something if you are not where you are attached to something.

And that's the great key.

It is very important to be in the state of observance.

Like when you are triggered,

It is great to keep a pen and paper around you and start asking yourself questions why you are triggered and go why do you care and why are you triggered and then get the honest answers.

And then when you've got the honest answers,

Then see who is that person who feels that way,

Who think that way.

Is it really the fulfilled and satisfied and eternal,

Omnipotent,

Ever-present,

Blissful God within me,

True self,

Which is God?

Or is it just programming?

Because everything which is hurting you,

Everything which is limiting you,

Everything which feels off and taking away from you the joy and satisfaction and fulfillment and happiness is the programming.

And the way you detach from something,

It's like you split into two.

It's the part of you which is attached to the fear or to the some sort of limiting beliefs I can't have my heart desire or I am jealous or I am afraid that I lose my partner,

Or I can't get healthy,

I will never get healthy,

Or I will never get a new job,

Or I will never get the business I love,

Or I will never survive or be wealthy doing what I love.

So whatever program is,

Wherever your heart desire is,

The process of detaching from that fear and limiting beliefs is when you,

First of all,

You notice it.

And then secondly,

You go into that meditation state of being,

Into that stillness.

And the part of you goes into your heart.

Relax the body,

Relax the heart,

Open the heart.

And that part which is in the heart,

Which is opening the heart,

Relaxing the body,

Commanding every,

Whether to start process or not,

Is in stillness and it's in neutrality.

So the person,

That part of you is observant,

Is in the center of your being,

Is in stillness,

Is not judging,

It's not improving,

It's not trying to get it away or to fix it or push it down.

It's in neutrality,

Observing from the heart,

Quantum heart portal.

Also that part of you is allowing feel the feeling.

Because what you are really detaching from is,

Of course,

It's the limiting beliefs,

It's the bunch of thoughts which you believe in,

Bunch of ideas about your life.

But those wouldn't manifest and bring and create a reality if there was not the emotion,

The emotional charge of it.

So the way how you do it,

You only release the emotional charge of it,

You are not changing limiting beliefs,

You are not trying to do anything with it,

You are not trying to even visualize that limiting beliefs leaves you,

You are just releasing the emotional charge of that fear-based thinking or beliefs like I will never get healthy on my own naturally or I will never get the business of my dreams and do what I love and be wealthy or I will never be happy in the relationship,

I will never have the person which loves me as I am.

Whatever that is,

You are really releasing that unpleasant and strong emotion.

In real life,

What we tend to do and that's for real,

We are always trying to escape and be busy when the emotional charge of those beliefs pops up.

Because the subconscious mind is sort of trying to get you into the balance and release anything which is not aligned with who you really are.

But the moment when it's triggered and it's popping up,

We see like the world is against us or the partners is against us because everything is mirroring that pain and it needs to come up and instead of us allowing it and to process it and to release it,

We sort of try to be busy,

We sort of escape,

We try to escape it somehow by having other pleasures or doing shopping or eating or whatever that is which is making you busy and trying to occupy your mind and yourself,

Not trying to deal with just unpleasant emotions.

So there is a tendency,

Constant tendency for us to avoid unpleasant feelings.

But those keep you stuck in the situation you don't like and you don't want and they keep you in the,

To live the past,

They keep you in the past conditioning,

You are not crossing over to the new reality but you relive the past.

So the way you do it,

You notice it and then the part of you is in neutral position in the heart.

You open your heart,

Relax your body and then you bring up that emotion and that thought with the emotional charge into the heart or into your presence,

Into your awareness.

And when you relax all your body,

Whole your body and when you open your heart,

Then you allow the feeling wherever that is stored and suppressed,

Let's say it is in your womb because there is a shame and guilt that you will not allow yourself to have without the hard work or to have a good life or have happiness because of some past guilt or there must be something stored in your heart,

There must be something stored in your throat.

Wherever in your body it is stored,

The whole clumps of beliefs and the emotions,

You only deal with the emotion.

You allow that emotion,

You really relax your body and allow that emotion travel into your heart.

You don't do it with effort.

You don't do it with the effort.

It's just when you really relax all your body,

It travels into your heart.

And the reason why it travels into your heart and you have open heart and relaxed body is because you need to feel it.

It needs to bubble up from subconscious to your conscious and then it leaves you.

It dissolves,

It discharges itself,

It turns into neutrality.

And then the whole limiting belief,

Fearful belief has no power over you because there is no emotional charge and you just deal with it.

You release that fear behind that thought and it has no power over you.

And then when you must feel freer when this happens and the life must,

You must see it from different perspective and things are changing.

The people behave differently and the situation changes completely.

When negativity comes again and pops up,

Negative emotions and triggers around the same subject,

It doesn't mean you haven't released it.

It doesn't mean really that it came back.

It only means that there is more to it to be released.

That maybe you haven't released 100% of around one subject,

But maybe you released only 20% or maybe you released 100% but there is another fear-based belief around the same subject which needs to come out,

Which needs to be released.

So the whole process requires the patience,

Of course,

And the time that you spend with that emotion.
