Close your eyes and take a deep conscious breath. Command your awareness inward. I am here, I am present, I am the awareness that witness all experience. Scan your body and notice tension and say silently, I acknowledge you, I honor you, You are part of me and I am part of you. Now command your nervous system to settle. Breathing in, I am safe. Breathing out, I release what I do not need. Breathing in, I am present. Breathing out, I soften. And let's do it with me two more times. Breathing in, I am safe. Breathing out, I release what I don't need. Breathing in, I am present. Breathing out, I soften. One more time. Breathing in, I am safe. Right now, At this very moment. Breathing out, I release what I do not need. Breathing in, I am present. Breathing out, I soften. Begin to claim your space in your body as sovereign and as unlimited potential, Because that's what you are. So place both hands on your body, Chest, Stomach, Wherever it feels right. And say with me. Cells of my body, I see you. I honor you. I send you love. I send you respect. I send you recognition. You are part of this sacred body and I choose to support you fully. Now, Visualize a warm golden light moving through every cell, Entering each cell, Each nucleus, Each membrane, Infusing unconditional love, Your love, Expanding energy, Warmth, And coherence and command. Every cell receives love. Every cell listens. Every cell is supported. Every cell is connected. Every cell remembers its infinite potential. Every cell participates in life fully. Take a conscious deep breath in and out. Now, I want you to think about it. Are you fully choosing health? Do you want to be healthy? Even if it takes magic and miracles, It doesn't matter. What matters is, Do you want to be healthy or not? Are you choosing health or not? If yes, Carry on with me further. Let's do the same command, But from the point of view, I am choosing health and I am unlimited potential. Every cell receives love. So, I am sending love to every cell of my body. Every cell of my body listens. Every cell is supported. Every cell remembers its infinite potential. Every cell participates in life fully. Breathe deeply and let your hands mirror love back to your body. I send unconditional love to every cell of my body. I am choosing health. Take another conscious breath in and out. Now, Stand in your awareness of choice and repeat with commanding presence. I choose to live. I choose to participate fully in my life. I choose alignment. I choose my health. I choose presence. I choose joy. I choose expansion. Take a deep breath in and deep breath out. Let the words flow through your entire nervous system. And let's do it again. I choose to live because I am that who chooses. I am unlimited potential. So I choose to live. Take a deep breath. And breath out. I choose to participate fully in my life. In and out. I choose alignment. Conscious. Take a conscious breath. I choose my health. Take a conscious breath. I choose presence. I choose joy. I choose expansion. Take a conscious deep breath in and out. Take a conscious deep breath out and in and out. So let those words flow through your entire nervous system and say I am not defined by any label. I don't need permission from anyone. I am not defined by illness. I am consciousness expressing in human form. I am sovereign. I am unlimited. I am already fullness of life. I am fullness of love. I am fullness of health. And that's how it is. That's what you are. And you're just remembering it. And visualize yourself standing on a mountain. Wide and vast. Each breath expands your presence. Like sunlight radiating through every cell. So just do with me conscious breath. Easy. Conscious breath. Breathe in. And breathe out. I am remembering who I truly am. Breathe in. And breathe out. I am remembering who I truly am. Breathe in. And breathe out. Now let's acknowledge contrast without judgment. So let's name what you feel. Fear. Frustration. Powerlessness. Pain or limitation. And that's okay. Acknowledging it's okay. Seeing it it's okay. Feeling it it's okay. I command. And say with me. I command. I see you. Fear. Frustration. Powerlessness. Pain or limitation. Or illness. I see you. I honor you. You are a signal but not a prism. I am messenger of awareness. You do not control me. I choose to soften. And I choose to release. And I choose to flow. I am free. I am free to choose right now the new choice. Visualize each fear or contraction as a dark smoke. And with each out breath it dissolves. With each in breath golden light fills the space it left. So do conscious breath. Breathing with me. In. And out. And out. I am presence. I am love. I am life. I am unlimited potential. Take a conscious breath. And out. And I just remember that. I am presence. I am love. I am life. I am unlimited potential. Take a deep breath in. And out. In. And out. Now expand beyond your body. Let your awareness radiate outward. Connecting inner cellular love with the universe. I am part of the infinite field of life. I am supported. I am connected. I am life. I am alive. Every breath. Every heartbeat. Every cell participates in this perfect orchestration of life. Take a deep breath in. And out. And I just remember that. I am aligned. I am coherent. I am whole. I am choice. I am life. I am unlimited potential. Take a deep breath through your nose to your heart. And release any tension through your mouth. Take another deep and conscious breath in. And out. And out. Stay here for a few breaths. Letting warmth, Coherence and empowerment saturate your system. Bring awareness back to your body and room. Take three grounding breaths. Move your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. And command. I carry this power with me. I carry this love with me. I carry choice with me. I am alive. I am whole. I am unlimited potential.
