Let's get started.

Thank you for joining the meditation.

If possible sit straight back neck and head align in the straight line.

Make as comfortable as you can.

Just relax your body.

Try to relax your mind.

Let go all activities from morning.

Gently tune into your body.

Do a quick body scan to see any part of the body if you're holding any stress or tension.

If so breathe into that space.

Relax.

Gently let go everything.

Let's have an intention for today's meditation.

Take few seconds to rate yourself how you're feeling right now.

One to ten.

One being very quiet,

Ten being very disturbed.

Take a deep long breath into your stomach and gently let it go.

Let's do that few minutes.

Breathe in all the divine energy into your physical body.

Gently let it go through your nose.

Make it so effortless as natural as it can be.

Now bring your consciousness to the breathing.

Bring your attention to the tip of your nose.

Just observe as you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Where air contacts on your nostrils.

Try to pinpoint that particular area.

Bring your full attention to that area as you breathe in and breathe out.

It could be around your nostrils or inside your nostril.

Just observe for few breaths.

It's very natural for your mind to wander.

Just as soon as you catch your mind wandering,

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

As you breathe in,

Observe the air coming into your body.

Observe the point where it makes the contact on your nostril.

As you breathe out,

Let go all that's blocking and resisting us.

Observe the contact it makes on the nostril.

Let it go.

Regularly keep checking on your mind.

Is it still with the breathing?

Is it wandering?

If it catches,

It's wandering.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Just observe the silence in your mind.

Observe all that brings with the silence a deep sense of peace.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Regularly keep checking your mind.

Any discomforts,

Just let them be where they are.

Don't try to attach,

Connect to them.

Don't entertain any thoughts from the past or to the future.

Come deeper into your breathing.

Let go of the constant chatter in the mind.

Let go of the habitual thoughts.

Let them go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Keep observing the breath.

Any thoughts,

Emotions,

Discomforts,

Let them be like a passing cloud.

Let them come and go.

Don't attach to them.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Take a deep long breath into your stomach.

Gently let it go.

Take a few moments to rate yourself how you're feeling right now compared to when you started the meditation.

Take a few moments to comprehend the meditation.

Meanwhile,

Thank you for meditating with me today.

I'd like to thank my spirit guides,

Sai,

For providing guidance,

Wisdom and knowledge to conduct this meditation.

May you all be free of suffering.

Lots of love and light.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

And you're ready to finish the meditation with your toes,

Fingers,

Rub your hands.

Please them gently on your eyes.

Feel the warmness.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Thank you.
