Welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for being here.

Have an intention for today's meditation.

What do you want to achieve out of the meditation?

Create yourself how you're feeling right now.

1 to 10,

1 being very peaceful,

10 being very disturbed.

Take a few moments to adjust yourself,

Your posture,

Your body.

Sit straight if it's possible to sit straight.

Keep your back,

Neck and head aligned to the straight line.

Let's make sure that there are no distractions externally.

Gently observe the breaths for a few seconds.

Take a deep breath into your belly and gently let it go through your nose.

This conscious breathing will help you to calm your mind and let go of the thoughts.

Adjust your posture if you feel any discomfort in your body.

Drop your shoulders.

Make sure you're not crunching your jaws or holding any stress or tension in any part of the body.

Gently observe how you're feeling around you.

Feel any energy around you.

Gently bring your attention inwards.

Follow your breath into your tummy.

Follow as it leaves your body.

Now let go of everything.

Gently observe the breathing.

As you inhale and exhale,

Just observe the air coming in and leaving your body,

Bringing your consciousness to the nostrils.

Gently observe the breathing.

Gently observe the breathing.

It's natural for mind to wander as soon as you catch your mind wandering.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Gently observe the breathing.

Keep observing your breath.

Observe your mind still with the breathing.

Any discomforts,

Just get through it by concentrating on breathing.

Let's keep our mind autonomous without shaking,

Without moving,

Without attaching to any thoughts.

Now visualize the white light coming from the top of your head,

Penetrating through your body to the Mother Earth.

Expand this white light.

Wrap it around you.

Feel safe and secure within this bubble of white light.

Let's call upon her.

Any divine energies you believe in.

Any godly figures,

Any energies you pray you have faith on.

Have an intention and invite them to come be part of your meditation.

Feel the divine energy around you and within you.

Feel the energy vibrations,

Feel sensations the energy creates around.

Some might feel the contact of the divine.

A trust and belief.

Patience to feel.

We're all connected in one way or other to the divine,

The source creator.

Trying to enhance our connection to the divine.

Feel their presence around us.

Requesting them to heal us and guide.

Pare the path towards the life's purpose.

Remove any energy blocks.

Any experience we need to go through in this life.

Let's request them to be gentle without breaking us apart,

Making us bitter.

Remove any energy training.

Any negative thoughts.

Observe how you're feeling internally and externally.

The sound of the bell.

Observe your emotions,

Feelings.

Any sensations.

Now gently introduce some happy thoughts in your memory.

Purposely create some happy thoughts which raises your vibrations within your physical and psychic bodies.

It could be a place or a person or a thing.

It could have happened recently or in the past.

Or it could be totally imaginary.

Bring as many details as you can.

As you think more and more happy situations in your mind keep raising your vibrations.

Imagine you're tuning into the frequency of happiness.

Connect to the millions around us who are in that frequency.

The silence of mind and the divine connection with the happiness around us.

Let's send this energy to immediate family members,

Pets.

Extended family members and their pets.

Their situations.

Let's extend this to anybody who might need this right now.

Lot of suffering around us physically,

Mentally.

Let's have an intention unconditionally.

Send it to anybody who might need this healing energy.

Bring all the energies back to you.

All the thoughts.

All the footprints you left during the meditation everywhere.

Just bring them back to you.

Just take a few moments with this feeling for a few.

Comprehend the meditation.

Rate yourself how you're feeling right now.

Compared to the beginning of the meditation.

Let's thank your divine energy who was present during this meditation.
